Our Story
We’re George and Ros - locals who love slow living, homegrown food, and sharing the beauty of country life. Our small farm is home to Highland cattle, and our beekeeping venture - Saint John’s Honey.

Fresh from the Farm: Saint Johns Honey
Our on-farm apiary produces raw, seasonal honey and natural beeswax products. The bees forage on lavender and local pasture, creating flavours unique to the Central West. Pure, sustainable, and straight from the hive.
